The goal of this site it to see 1 million prayers prayed for this great country. With 1/5 of the world's population, and China's emerging prominence on the global stage, we want to God's plan and blessing to be fulfilled for this vast, ancient land.
The Great Wall of Prayer Initiative
60 Seconds for China is part of the Great Wall of Prayer Initiative started by a group of veteran pastors, Christian leaders, businessmen, and NextGen-ers that have a deep burden for China.
The world wide web has transformed how we communicate, do business and connect with people. Over one billion people use the internet everyday. We are seeking to leverage the daily internet usage and habits of people everywhere to mobilize prayer for the most populous country in the world.
The goal is to build a community that can be quickly mobilized to pray for critical issues and pressing needs of China.
This site was designed to promote:
1) Praying with knowledge - turning information into intercession.
2) Praying consistently - make it part of your daily devotions.
3) Praying with measurable results - unique timer feature & statistics.
4) Prayer from around the globe - we're looking to build a global footprint.
